Supply and Demand- Typhoon style

Currently in a grade 8 typhoon in Hong Kong and an interesting supply and demand situation has arisen. Because the buses (which are double decker) can't risk being in the high winds, taxi's have tripled their prices, since the buses have stopped working! Supply and demand- typhoon style
